Minutes of May 10, 2004 meeting
Members present: Mr. Tinnin, Mrs. Gillis, Mr. Callan, Mr. Haack, Mr.
Cancelosi

1. Meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M.
2. Minutes from April meeting approved.
3. City updates:
a. Bonita Park
b. Wall Street/Library site
c. "Down by the Riverside" volunteer event- 5/22/04
d. Arbor Day
e. Oregon Community Trees Conference- June 4 & 5, 2004
4. Heritage Tree Program discussion. Board members to review current
draft and be ready to comment and discuss further at June 14, 2004
meeting.
5. Chapter 18 of Tigard Municipal Code (TMC) discussion. Review chapter
of TMC and begin developing ideas and suggestions to discuss with other
board members at 6/14/04 meeting.
6. New Chairperson selected- Janet Gillis.
7. Set agenda for next meeting:

c. Heritage Trees
d. Chapter 18 discussion
e. New/old business
