Minutes of April 12, 2004 meeting
Members present: Mr. Tinnin, Mrs. Gillis, Mr. Callan, Mr. Haack
Staff Present: Matt Stine
Guest Present: Dennis Koellermeier, Brad Kilby
1 . Meeting was called to order at 7:00 P.M.
2. Minutes from March meeting approved.
3. Dennis Koellermeier discussed the public meetings regulations.
Handouts provided for each member and city staff.
4. Brad Kilby addressed the Board concerning Chapter 18 of the
Tigard Municipal Code. Mr. Kilby specifically covered sections
18.745 and 18.790 of the Community Development Code.
Following Mr. Kilby's presentation there was a group discussion
to address the Board's questions.
5. Discussion of Tree Board's meeting with City Council on
Tuesday, April 20, 2004.

d. City Council meeting discussion
e. Select new Chairperson
f. Oregon Community Trees
