1. Recap of previous meeting—There were no comments or changes to the 10/18/12 meeting notes.
2. Review of Information Requested—The committee members requested the following:
a. Spending by Category in the City of Tigard:
50% of the public dollars to directly back to the private sector.A significant portion of the
remaining 50%indirectly go to the private sector through spending by public sector employees.
3. Theme 1-5 and Next Public Dollar
• Notes are connected to the Draft Task Force Recommendation report (attached).
The next Blue Ribbon Task Force meeting will be held on Thursday, November 29, 2012at the
Public Works Auditorium, 700pm
