The Agreement between the City of Tigard, a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon,hereinafter called
City, and EC Company, hereinafter referred to as Contractor, entered into on the 4th day of December 2019,
is hereby amended as follows:
1. EFFECTIVE DATE AND DURATION
This Agreement is effective upon notice to proceed issued by the City and shall be substantially completed by
D _ t 31,2n20rune 30,20-24,March 31,2022.
2. CONSIDERATION
Exhibit B "Price List"is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced by Exhibit B "Price List 2021-2022".
Except as expressly provided otherwise by this Contract Amendment, all provisions of the Contract as it may
have been previously amended, shall remain in effect.
