RESOLUTION ADOPTING BUDGET, MAKING APPROPRIATIONS,
AND LEVYING TAXES
1. BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners, Tigard
Water District, hereby adopts the budget for Fiscal Year 1987-88
now on file in the office of Tigard Water District.
2. BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Commissioners, Tigard
Water District, hereby levies the taxes provided for in the bud-
get adopted in Paragraph 1 of this resolution in the aggregate
amount of $190, 000 and these taxes are hereby levied upon all
taxable property within the Tigard Water District as of 1 : 00 a.m. ,
January 1, 1987 .
3. BE IT RESOLVED that the amounts for the fiscal year
beginning July 1, 1987, and for the purposes shown below, are
