Budget Meeting
May 9, 1972

Mr. Wied, Budget Officer, called the meeting to order at 8:42 p.m.
Mr. Longfellow was elected Budget Chairman.
Mr. Sorum was elected Budget Secretary.
Mr. Wied presented the budget message.
Mr. Olson requested that $375 be budgeted as the district' s share for
blacktopping the road to #2 reservoir, near Gaarde Street. The matter
was referred to the Administrator who indicated that sufficient funds
were budgeted in the "Land and Improvements" account #552 for this pro—
ject.
The following changes were approved in the proposed budget:

Taxes necessary to balance budget: Line 32, Page 10: $34,156 (— $1344)
Motion was made to approve the total budget document, as revised, for all
funds. Motion carried.

meeting was scheduled for June 13, 1972 at 7:30 p.m.
