The Agreement between the City of Tigard,a municipal corporation of the State of Oregon,hereinafter called
City, and EC Company, hereinafter referred to as Contractor,is hereby amended as follows:
1. CONSIDERATION
The Consideration section of the contract is amended to increase the total potential compensation
payable under the contract by$24,000.00,to a new total of$199,000.00.Total payments to Contractor
of Services under this contract,including but not limited to Services added by this amendment 4,shall
not exceed the new total without further amendment of the contract.
2. Exhibit A1—Services to be Provided
Exhibit A of the contract is amended to add additional Services as provided in the attached Exhibit
Al.
3. Except as expressly provided in this contract amendment, all other terms remain unchanged.

We are pleased to quote on the above project:
Scope of Work:
• Perform jobsite safety hazard analysis and pre-task plan with COVID safety protocol.
• Provide public and private locates for underground utilities.
• Provide underground boring for 3" EPDM conduit by excavation subcontractor per attached site plan.
• Coordinate trench/conduit and meter base inspection by PGE.
• Coordinate City inspections.
• Provide conductors for 200A, 1 phase, 120/240V service to meter base at modular. PGE will connect at
transformer vault.
• Install direct connect meter base on 6"x6" post per PGE ESR.
• Temporary restroom facility will be provided by EC for the crew and subcontractors.
Qualifications and Clarifications:
1. All work to be performed during normal working hours,7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday.We
are assuming access to the building with no restrictions to our work areas during those hours.
2. Electrical permits included.
3. Wiring methods for new work are per code, using PVC, EMT, RGC with copper conductors.
4. Please note that all work in panels or on equipment shall be performed while it is in a de-energized state.
Our electricians will notify and coordinate any required shutdowns with you prior to the start of work,so
as not to have a negative impact upon your operations.
Exclusions:
1. Work inside the PGE vault or connections to the PGE transformer.This is done by PGE.
2. Fees associated with PGE work for the new service-line extension,cut-over,transformer
connections, PGE owned equipment(e.g. meter,transformer,vault),account fees.
