APPROVE THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS HANDBOOK
Whereas, the Board asked the Administrator to prepare a manual which would outline the
organization and operation of the Board of Commissioners in order to provide guidance for its
policy deliberation, the Administrator has prepared as a separate manual, the first of two
sections of the Comprehensive Tigard Water District Policy and Procedure Manual, having been
completed and placed in the hands of the Board for their consideration.
Therefore, Be It Resolved that the Tigard Water District Board of Commissioners hereby
adopt the Board of Commissioners Manual as written.
