RESOLUTION 9-90
TO ACCEPT RESERVOIR CONSTRUCTION BID.
Whereas Tigard Water District has received two bids for the construction of the 1 million gallon
reservoir on Hi-Tor.
Whereas the Tigard Water District staff has determined that Ward Henshaw Construction Co. is
low bidder.
Therefore be it resolved that the bid of $615,050.00 from Ward Henshaw Construction Co. for
construction of the 1 million gallon reservoir on Hi-Tor be accepted.
