RESOLUTION 10-90
RESOLUTION TO APPROVE BARGAIN AND SALE DEED WHICH WILL ABANDON THE EASEMENT
WHICH CROSSES THE WEST LINE OF SECTION 3.T 2 S. R 1 W. W.M. WASHINGTON COUNTY..
Whereas, the Deed will be signed and remain in the office of the Tigard Water District until such
time the new water mains have been installed and the streets dedicated to the public.
Whereas, this waterline will be physically disconnected from the Tigard Water District system.
Therefore, Be It Resolved that the Tigard Water District Board of Commissioners hereby adopt
the Resolution.
