BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
RESOLUTION NO. 3-91
RE: Appointment of Administrator of Restated Pension Plan,
On the motion made by Commissioner Denis Borman, and seconded by
Commissioner Audrey Castile, and passed by affirmative action of the
Board of Commissioners, on this 9th day of April. 1991 , Tigard Water
District adopts the following resolution:
WHEREAS, it is required under Article II of the restated Tigard
Water District Pension Plan that a Plan Administrator shall be appointed
to administer the Plan;
BE IT RESOLVED, that John P. Miller is hereby appointed to serve as
Plan Administrator of the restated Pension Plan and shall continue to hold
such position until further action by theDir- tors of this Corporation.
