The plans have been reviewed and approved, and once we have the permit applications for the additional plumbing and mechanical work,we can revise the permit, collect fees due, reprint the revised permit and make the plans available for pick up. Please email completed applications to TigardBuildingPermits@tigard-or.gov at your earliest convenience. Please note that per the plans examiner and inspector, the gas outlet in the garage is not allowed so the total gas outlets on this permit will be (7). Also, we received revised fire sprinkler plans this week, however there was no transmittal letter submitted with the plans that would have informed us of the applicant contact information, permit number and scope of work for the revisions.
