Resolution No. 93-14
A resolution appointing an Administrator of the Pension Plan and Deferred Compensation
Plan.
On the motion made by Chair Robert Wyffels and seconded by Commissioner Beverly Froude and
passed by affirmative action of the Board of Commissioners, on this 29th day of June 1993,
Tigard Water District adopts the following resolution:
Whereas, it is required under Article II of the Tigard Water District Pension Plan and Deferred
Compensation Plan that a Plan Administrator shall be appointed to administer the Plans.
Now, therefore, be it resolved, that Randy Volk is hereby appointed to serve as Plan
Administrator of the Pension Plan and Deferred Compensation Plan and shall continue to hold
such position until further action by the Board of Commissioners.
