Resolution 5-93
A Resolution to grant a 5'-0" wide perpetual telephone utility easement along SW
Burnham Street upon TWD property at 8777 SW Burnham Street, Tigard, Oregon
to GTE Northwest Inc.
Whereas, GTE Northwest, Inc. desires a perpetual utility easement over, under, and
across TWD property for the purpose of installing underground facilities along SW
Burnham Street; and
Whereas, GTE Northwest, Inc. agrees to pay a one-time payment of ($200.00) TWO
HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS to TWD for the easement area; and
Whereas, GTE Northwest, Inc. further agrees to restore the TWD property after
completion of its facilities installation; and
Whereas, the GTE Northwest, Inc. easement will not cause a negative impairment or
impact the operations of the TWD.
,, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Directors of the Southeast
Washington County Joint Water Agency does hereby grant GTE Northwest, Inc. a
perpetual utility easement of 5'-0" adjacent to the road right-of-way along SW Burnham
Street upon the execution of the attached written easement agreement.
