RESOLUTION 1-93
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD WATER DISTRICT BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS TO
AMEND THE PENSION PLAN TO REMOVE THE LOAN PROVISIONS IN THE PLAN.
WHEREAS, under Section 8.1 of the Pension Plan document the Employer has the authority to
amend any provision of the Plan.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the provision to allow for plan loans shall be removed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Pension Plan is amended, effective as of January 1, 1993.
