RESOLUTION 3-93
A Resolution to extinguish a waterline easement across the northerly 10 feet of Lot 5,
Starlings Crossing, Assessor's Map# 2S 1 12BC.
Whereas, the easement cannot be utilized due to numerous conflicts with other utilities
along SW Hall Blvd.; and
Whereas, the easement cannot be utilized in the future.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Commissioners of the
Tigard Water District does hereby extinguish the waterline easement across the northerly
10 feet of Lot 5, Starlings Crossing, Assessor's Map#2S 1 12BC.
