RESOLUTION NO. 7-91
A RESOLUTION TO ADOPT A BUDGET. MAKE APPROPRIATIONS. LEVY TAXES
On the motion made by Commissioner Denis Borman , and
seconded by Commissioner Audrey Castile , and passed by
affirmative action of the Board of Commissioners, on this 14 day of
May, 1991 , Tigard Water District adopts the following resolution:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Commissioners hereby adopts the
budget for Fiscal Year 1991-92 now on file in the office of Tigard Water
District.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board of Commissioners, Tigard
Water District, hereby levies the taxes provided for in the budget adopted
in Paragraph 1 of this resolution in the aggregate amount of $150.000 and
these taxes are hereby levied upon all taxable property within the Tigard
Water. District as of 1 :00 a.m., January 1 , 1991.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the amounts for the fiscal year
beginning July 1, 1991, and for the purposes shown below, are hereby
appropriated as follows:
GENERAL FUND

Materials & Services 1 ,752,000
Capital Outlay 594,400
Operating Contingency 717,600
Unappropriated Ending Fund Balance 1 .000.000

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board of Commissioners,
Tigard Water District, certifies to the county clerk and county assessor of
Washington County, Oregon, the tax levy made by this resolution and shall
file with them a copy of the budget as finally adopted.
ADOPTED and appropriated by the Board of Commissioners, Tigard
Water District, on May 14, 1991 .
