BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
RESOLUTION NO. 10-91
A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A 2-YEAR LEASE AGREEMENT CONSTRACT WITH
RAIN OR SHINE ROOFING.
On the motion made by Commissioner Sydney Sherwood , and
seconded by Commissioner Denis Borman , and passed by
affirmative actio of the Board of Commissioners, on this 11 day of
June , 1991 , Tigard Water District adopts the following resolution:
Whereas, The Tigard Water District leases land certain buildings and
facilities located at 8905 SW Burnham Street, Tigard, Oregon to Rhonda-
Hall Luce, dba Rain or Shine Roofing Contractors, and also dba Rain or
Shine Roofing & Home Improvements Co.;
BE IT RESOLVED, that the term of the lease shall commence on July
1, 1991, and extend until June 30, 1993; and
BE IT RESOLVED, the rent for said property will be the sum of
$800.00 per month, commencing July 1, 1991, and payable thereafter on or
before the 10th day of each month during the term of this lease.
