BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
RESOLUTION NO. 13-91
A RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE APPARENT LOW BID FOR THE PURCHASE OF A
1992 GMC SAFARI VAN. TWO WHEEL DRIVE OR EQUAL. SUBJECT TO REVIEW
BY THE STAFF.
On the motion made by Commissioner Jon Kvistad , and
seconded by Commissioner Denis Borman , and passed by
affirmative action of the Board of Commissioners, on this 1 o day of
September, 1991, Tigard Water District adopts the following resolution:
Whereas Tigard Water District has received 3 bids for the
purchase of a 1992 GMC Safari van, two wheel drive or equal;
Whereas the Tigard Water District staff has determined that
Carr Chevrolet is successful bidder;
BE IT RESOLVED, that the bid of $14 , 864 . 00 from
Carr Chevrolet
for the purchase of a 1992 GMC Safari van,
two wheel drive or equal, subject to review by staff, be accepted.
