BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
RESOLUTION NO. 16-91
A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE USE OF RICHARD M. BROWN AUDITORIUM.
On the motion made by Commissioner Sydney Sherwood , and
seconded by Commissioner Jon Kvistad , and passed by
affirmative action of the Board of Commissioners, on this 1 o day of
September , 1991, Tigard Water District adopts the following resolution:
Whereas Tigard Water District proposes the following changes in the
guidelines for use of the Richard M. Brown Auditorium:
1 . Weekend use will be allowed for non-profit groups only.
2. Change reservation schedule to allow more groups access by
taking reservations no more than four (4) weeks in advance.
3. All other rules will remain in effect.
4. Allow food to be served in the auditorium with proof of
liability insurance or a deposit (deposit to be returned if
facility is left in proper order); deposit will be set by the
Tigard Water District Superintendent or Administrator;
BE IT RESOLVED, that the changes listed above become effective
October 8, 1991.
