RESOLUTION NO. 17-91
A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE RENTAL OF CANTERBURY SITE
(10490 SW CANTERBURY LANE, #1 WELL AND RESERVOIR SITE).
On the motion made by Commissioner Jon Kvistad , and
seconded by Commissioner Audrey Castile , and passed by
affirmative action of the Board of Commissioners, on this 8 day of
October , 1991 , Tigard Water District adopts the following
resolution:
Whereas Tigard Water District has received a request from Tigard-
Tualatin School District to rent space for mini school buses, parking for
private autos, and space in the shop building for storage;
Whereas the City of Tigard assures that this request will not violate
land use laws, nor will the Tigard Water District surrender the right to
use the site as it has in the past;
BE IT RESOLVED, that the rent for use of the space mentioned above,
will be the sum of $100.00 per month.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the term of the rental agreement shall be for
one (1) year. Either party may terminate this rental agreement in writing
upon giving the other party not less than 60 days prior written notice.
