RESOLUTION NO. 18-91
A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE REVISED ORGANIZATION CHART AND LIST
OF RECOMMENDATIONS FOR MANAGEMENT TEAM

On the motion made by Commissioner Audrey Castile , and
seconded by Commissioner Clarence Nicoli , and passed by
affirmative action of the Board of Commissioners, on this 8th day of
October , 1991, Tigard Water District adopts the following
resolution:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Commissioners hereby adopts the
revised organization chart and list of recommendations for the
Management Team presented by Administrator John P. Miller on October 8,
1991 .

5. Resolution to Approve flow chart and recommendations.
Administrator's Report regarding IDAK evaluations.
As originally stated, all IDAK reports are confidential and the
information contained within is confidential. As previously presented in
executive session, I am recommending the Board approve the following:
a. That the flow chart submitted be approved (copy attached).
b. That the Administrator, John Miller, spend more time in a
community relations role. That John Miller be given a job
security package to be agreed upon with the Board and himself.
c. That the District provide funding for Nancy Johnson to continue
her education and training as needed by the District. That
Nancy assume additional responsibility during the budget
process and continue to cross-train Trish Toedtemeier in
accounting procedures.
d. That Randy Volk should retain the title of Superintendent
and the District provide necessary funds for additional
training as needed for his position.
e. That Mike Miller remain as Engineer Tech III and assume some
managerial responsibilities from the Administrator. That Mike
receive training and assistance in this new position.
f. That Lorry Christian be given assistance in developing plans
for her future career growth. The District will fund additional
testing to help Lorry find her best career choice.
