BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
RESOLUTION NO. 21-91
A RESOLUTION TO ACCEPT THE APPARENT LOW BID FOR THE INSTALLATION
OF A WATER PUMPING STATION AT SW BULL MOUNTAIN ROAD AND
SW 125TH AVENUE.AND TO APPROVE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT. SUBJECT
TO REVIEW BY THE STAFF.
On the motion made by Commissioner Jon Kvistad , and
seconded by Commissioner Clarence Nicoll , and passed by
affirmative action of the Board of Commissioners, on this loth day of
December , 1991, Tigard Water District adopts the following resolution:
Whereas Tigard Water District has received 13 bids for the
construction of a water pumping station at SW Bull Mountain Road and SW
125th Avenue;
Whereas the Tigard Water District staff has determined that
°sr,,,, Triad Mechanical is successful bidder;
BE IT RESOLVED, that the bid of $110 , 557 . o o from
Triad Mechanical for construction of a water pumping station
at SW Bull Mountain Road and SW 125th Avenue be accepted.
