BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
RESOLUTION NO. 1-92
A RESOLUTION TO WAIVE SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT CHARGE FOR INSTALLATION
OF WATER METER FOR THE CITY OF KING CITY
On the motion made by Commissioner Denis Borman , and
seconded by Commissioner Clarence Nicoli , and passed by
affirmative action of the Board of Commissioners, on this 14th day of
January , 1992, Tigard Water District adopts the following
resolution:
WHEREAS the City of King City wishes to have a separate water
meter for a sprinkler system located on landscaped islands on Royalty
Parkway;
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Commissioners hereby waives the
System Development Charge for installation of a water meter for a
sprinkler system, providing Tigard Water District doesn't have to repair
any leaks to the system, for the City of King City;
BE IT RESOLVED, that the charges to the City of King City for
complete installation shall not exceed $500.
