BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
RESOLUTION NO. 2-92
A RESOLUTION TO TRANSFER FUNDS FROM OPERATING CONTINGENCY TO
CAPITAL OUTLAY
On the motion made by Commissioner Denis Borman , and
seconded by Commissioner Clarence Nicoli , and passed by
affirmative action of the Board of Commissioners, on this 14 day of
April , 1992, Tigard Water District adopts the following
resolution:
WHEREAS it appears that by June 30, 1992, the end of the fiscal
year, the Capital Outlay Account will exceed the budgeted amount for
FY1991 -92,
WHEREAS this occurred as a result of the loss of revenues from the
,00,., Systems Development Fund, taken from the sales of meters, to help offset
the line extension costs in the General Fund,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Commissioners hereby approves a
transfer of funds from Operating Contingency to Capital Outlay
