RESOLUTION NO. 3-92
A RESOLUTION TO ADOPT A BUDGET, MAKE APPROPRIATIONS, LEVY TAXES
On the motion r•jade by Commissioner Robert Wyffels, and seconded
by Commissioner C'.arence Nicoli, and passed by affirmative action of the
Board of Commisploners, on this 12 day of May, 1992, Tigard Water
District adopts the following resolution:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Commissioners hereby adopts the
adjusted budget, as approved by the Budget Committee, for Fiscal Year
1992-93, in the sum or $6.485.200 now on file at the office of Tigard
Water District.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board of Commissioners, Tigard
Water District, hereby levies the taxes provided for in the budget adopted
in Paragraph 2 of this resolution in the aggregate amount of $149.000 and
,�.. these taxes are hereby levied upon all taxable property within the Tigard
Water District as of 1:00 a.m., January 1 , 1992.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the amounts for the fiscal year
beginning July 1 , 1992, and for the purposes shown below, are hereby
appropriated as follows:

Water District, on May 12, 1992.
