RESOLUTION NO. 4-92
A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE PROPOSED RATE INCREASE
On the motion made by Commissioner Clarence Nicoli, and seconded
by Commissioner Robert Wyffels, and passed by affirmative action of the
Board of Commissioners, on this 12 day of May, 1992, Tigard Water
District adopts the following resolution:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Commissioners hereby approves
the proposed rate increase of 28% overall, to become effective June 20,
1992.
