RESOLUTION NO. 5-92
A RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH CAPITAL PROJECTS RESERVE FUND #3
On the motion made by Commissioner Jon Kvistad, and seconded by
Commissioner Robert Wyffels, and passed by affirmative action of the
Board of Commissioners, on this 12 day of May, 1992, Tigard Water
District adopts the following resolution:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Commissioners hereby establishes
Capital Projects Reserve Fund #3 in FY 1992-93 for 2.5 million gallon
reservoir and site on SW 141st Avenue south of Bull Mountain Road at
elevation 550 feet.
