BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
RESOLUTION NO. 8-92
A RESOLUTION TO EMPOWER JERI L. CHENELLE, ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR
WITH RESPONSIBILITY
On the motion made by Commissioner Jon Kvistad, and seconded by
Commissioner Clarence Nicoli, and passed by affirmative action of the
Board of Commissioners, on this 17th day of June, 1992, Tigard Water
District adopts the following resolution:
Whereas the Board of Commissioners of the Tigard Water District
has offered the position of Administrative Director to Jeri L. Chenelle, and
Whereas Jeri L. Chenelle has accepted the position,
Therefore, be it resolved that Jeri L. Chenelle is responsible for the
administration and implementation of the District's policies and programs
as adopted by the Board of Commissioners, and is empowered with all
authority, powers and duties associated with administering the Water
District.
