BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
RESOLUTION NO. 10-92
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING TRUSTEES OF THE PENSION PLAN AND
DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLAN.
On the motion made by Commissioner Clarence Nicoli, and seconded by
Commissioner Jon Kvistad, and passed by affirmative action of the Board of
Commissioners, on this 14 day of July, 1992, Tigard Water District adopts the following
resolution:
WHEREAS, it is required under Article II of the Tigard Water District Pension
Plan and Deferred Compensation Plan that Trustees shall be appointed to manage
the assets of the Plans; and
WHEREAS, all of the Trustees of the Plans may not be available at one time to
sign important and timely documents for the Pension Plan and Deferred
Compensation Plan;
BE IT RESOLVED, that Jeri L. Chenelle and Robert Wvffels are hereby
appointed to serve as Trustees of the Pension Plan and Deferred Compensation Plan,
and shall continue to hold such position until said trustees resign, are removed, or are
succeeded, in accordance with the terms of the Plan and Trust.
FURTHER, BE IT RESOLVED, that any one of the Trustees duly appointed by
the Board of Commissioners shall be authorized to sign Plan and Trust papers on
behalf of all of the Trustees.
