BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
RESOLUTION NO. 11-92
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AN ADMINISTRATOR OF THE PENSION PLAN AND
DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLAN.
On the motion made by Chair Castile, and seconded by Commissioner Robert
Wyffels, and passed by affirmative action of the Board of Commissioners, on this 14th
day of July, 1992, Tigard Water District adopts the following resolution:
WHEREAS, it is required under Article II of the Tigard Water District Pension
Plan and Deferred Compensation Plan that a Plan Administrator shall be appointed to
administer the Plans;
BE IT RESOLVED, that Jeri L. Chenelle is hereby appointed to serve as Plan
Administrator of the Pension Plan and shall continue to hold such position until further
action by the Directors of this Corporation.
