SUMO. RESOLUTION 17-92
A Resolution authorizing the Administrative Director to execute documents
necessary to extinguish existing easements to reservoir site on Tax Lot 400
Map 2S 1 5DB in exchange for grant of acceptable alternate easements, right-of
-way, and access to that Tigard Water District property.
WHEREAS, Tigard Water District owns Tax Lot 400, Accessor's Map #2S 1 5DB, and has access
to that property over Tax Lot 2100 2S 1 5; and
WHEREAS, the owner and developers of that property propose that the District's current right-
of-way be relocated through public streets to be developed and dedicated in Tax Lot 2100, and
other parcels in 2S 1 5, and over an access strip from the public streets to be developed to the
District's property, and in the interim between the time the District's present easement and the
time the access over developed public streets and access strip is provided, to provide Tigard
Water District with suitable alternate temporary easements, to be extinguished only upon
provision of access by development and dedication of the public streets in Tax Lot 2100 and
other parcels in 2S 1 5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Jeri L. Chenelle, Administrative Director, is
authorized to have the documents required to carry out the developer's proposal reviewed in
behalf of the District, and to execute the same upon her determination that adequate access is
being provided to serve Tigard Water District's reservoir site on Tax Lot 400, Washington
County Assessor's Map 2S 1 5DB.
