RESOLUTION 21-92
A RESOLUTION OF THE TIGARD WATER DISTRICT BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS,
APPROVING OBTAINING A MASTERCARD BANKCARD WITH KEY BANK OF OREGON.
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners desires that Tigard Water District establish a borrowing
relationship with Key Bank of Oregon Bankcard Department.
RESOLVED, that Tigard Water District establish a borrowing relationship with Key Bank of
Oregon Bankcard Department; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Administrative Director is hereby authorized for, on behalf
of, and in the name of Tigard Water District to designate those individuals who are entitled to the
use of said MasterCard(s) and request that KEY BANK OF OREGON issue said MasterCard(s) to
those individuals, and direct said Bank to establish credit limits as deemed appropriate, and will
notify KEY BANK OF OREGON in letter form of those additions or deletions of individuals
authorized to use said MasterCard; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Tigard Water District assumes all responsibility for usage on
any MasterCard account established as a result of said Corporation's directive; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that Tigard Water District agrees to the terms and conditions as
44010. disclosed in the Federal Truth in Lending Disclosure Statement and Business Bankcard Account
Agreement; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Administrative Director of Tigard Water District be, and is,
hereby authorized and directed to deliver to said Bank a copy of this resolution, certified by her
and by a member of the Board of Commissioners, in evidence of the authority of said officers to
borrow money and to execute and deliver the instruments above specified and secure payment
thereof, and to enter into the undertakings and agreements as above provided.
