Introduction: Rick Gruen, Parks, Recreation and Green Infrastructure Mgr. 7:15 p.m. 3. Comments from the Audience Call for comments from the public. 7:25 p.m. 5. Parks and Recreation Master Plan MIG will make a presentation on Master Plan progress. 7:40 p.m. 6. Parks CIP and Park Development with a Maintenance and Equity Lens. City Engineer Lori Faha will present capital improvement plan. Board will discuss Bagan, Steve Street, Metzger School Park and other potential improvements. 8:00 P.M. 4. Prepare for January 19 Meeting with City Council Discuss and create a list of topics in preparation for joint council meeting. 8:25 p.m. 5. Parks and Recreation Manager Update Parks, Recreation and Green Infrastructure Manager, Rick Gruen will give an overview including timeline for Recreation Coordinator hiring. 8:35 p.m. 7. Executive Session Executive Session: The Tigard Park and Recreation Advisory Board may go into executive session to discuss potential property transactions under ORS 192.660 (2) (h). All discussions are confidential and those present may disclose nothing from the session. Representatives of the news media are allowed to attend executive sessions, as provided by ORS 192.660(4), but must not disclose any information discussed. No executive session may be held for the purpose of taking any final action or making any final decision. Executive sessions are closed to the public. 9:00 P.M. 12.
