EXPLANATION OF THE DOCUMENTATION PHOTOS OF TWO PEAR TREES AT 10870 SW 115th AVE
The two Pear trees are located in the parking strip at the above address along 115th Avenue. The road
runs North and South and the residence is on the East side of the street. Tree 1(diameter 16 inches) is
located in the northernmost section of that parking strip, and Tree 2 (diameter 8 inches) is located in the
southernmost section of that parking strip.
TREE 1 page 1:
The top photo is facing South. It is of the sidewalk damage with the Northernmost Pear Tree
pictured in the upper right corner.
The bottom photo is facing West. It is of the sidewalk damage that runs into the Northernmost
Pear Tree pictured in the top center.
TREE 1 page 2:
The top photo is facing East. It is of the damage to the sidewalk that runs from the base of the
Northernmost Pear Tree, pictured at the bottom right corner,to the front lawn.
The bottom photo is facing North. It is of the damage to the sidewalk at the two places with the
Northernmost Pear Tree and roadway to the left.
TREE 2 page 1:
The top photo is facing West. It is of the damage to the sidewalk that runs from the lawn to the
Southernmost Pear Tree located at the center top. It also shows the sidewalk being raised along its
upper left side.
The bottom photo is facing South. It is of the raising of the sidewalk caused by both Pear Trees.
The raising is located between the two Pear Trees.
