Hello Alex,
Per your request, I am providing you with the amount of CET that has been exempted from permit fees for this project:
• Metro CET: Project valuation of$4,121,062.00 x .0012 = $4,945.27 in fees exempted.
• School CET: 36,708 sf at$1.30/sf= $47,720.40 in fees exempted.
As per our discussion, the transportation and parks fee amounts exempted can be provided by Mai Quach in our finance
department, however here are the fees that were voided as exempted in the permit:
• Tigard Transportation SDC: $176,256.00
• Tigard Parks SDC: $284,568.00
I have also attached a copy of the current invoice for fees due on the building permit BUP2019-00081.

See attached, illustrating that all units in the Red Rock Creek Commons project will be affordable and under the 60%
requirement.
I had forgotten that they had to revise the language to 60%.

Hope you had a great weekend,
I was hoping that you could help me understand the total dollar amount for our Building and PLM permit. Now that we
have been approved for the exemption, we are hoping to get checks cut on our end. This process takes the nonprofit a
couple of days to approve and is why I am hoping to confirm a dollar amount for each of these permit with the SDCs
exempt.
I attached the fee schedule that I received a couple of weeks ago as reference.
