Here is a list of items required (recap from previous email sent on 1/24/2020—see below):
• We have inserted the 'owner' as the contractor on this permit. Please complete and sign the attached form and
email to TigardBuildingPermits@tigard-or.gov prior to permit issuance.
• Please complete the attached water meter fixture worksheet and email to UBOnlinepay@tigard-or.gov and copy
TigardBuildingPermits@tigard-or.gov so that the utility billing staff can also email us with their approval and
information regarding if the water meter upsize is required prior to permit issuance.
• Clean Water Services service provider letter. See information online at http://cleanwaterservices.org/permits-
development/step-by-step-process/to start the pre-screen form process. The completed and signed form
must be submitted prior to issuance of building permit.
• Pay balance due of$1,337.25 (see attached invoice) at https://aca-prod.accela.com/TIGARD/Welcome.aspx by
searching for the permit record number MST2019-00147 under the Building tab.

Hi Shana,
We received your voicemail regarding picking up your Building permit. Please see Dianna's previous email
below, as it is still relevant. Please note that the pandemic has changed many procedures. The fees will need
to be paid online with a credit card or e-check through the link provided below. Once you have satisfied all of
the requirements to issue the permit, and the fees are paid online, please notify us at
TigardBuildingPermits@tigard-or.gov, and we will place this permit in the open conference room adjacent to
the outer Permit Center lobby for pickup between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through
Thursday. We are closed on Fridays.
Concerning the Water Meter Fixture Unit Worksheet, the attached form will need to be completed and e-
mailed to our Utility Billing Department for approval: ubonlinebillpav@tigard-or.gov. Once you receive the
approved worksheet, please forward it back to the Building Department. If you have additional questions,
please let us know.
