Meeting Minutes
March 6 , 1986
Meeting was opened at 7 : 10 p.m.
The minutes of the previous meeting were not read or adopted.
Randy Clarno gave a presentation on the status of the current
Capital Improvement Program, what projects were on it, what their
order of priority was , and how they were picked. Committee members
expressed dissatisfaction with the process used and especially the
fact that the Plan was taken to council without the committee ' s
input as was supposed to take place. Discussion ensued on the
need to improve communications between staff and the committee.
Mark Padgett gave a report on the ODOT six year plan meeting that
was held recently.
The meeting was adjourned at 9 : 15 .
