MINUTES — MAY 19' 1088
Meeting called to order at 7:05 p.m.
Members' present: Daniel Roaborough, John Etzel, Nancy Newcomb, Joe Sohweitz,
Ron Holland
Others present: Randy Wooley, Jill Munley
1 . Planning for Town Hall meetings:
Presentation by Jill Mnnley of a sample agenda for a Town Hall meeting.
Committee revised agenda outline and assigned individuals to specific
topics .
Joe Sohweitz handed out a suggestion priority list of projects and
persuaded the Committee members to come up with their own priority list.
2. The Committee agreed to change the Main Street bridge rebuild to Burnham
Street improvements due to a memo and brief presentation from a
representative of the City Center Task Furoe,

4. Meeting adjourned at 8:58 p.m.
