Others Present: Jeanne Rohlf (Anton Park Resident) , Mark Johnson (North
Dakota Resident) , George & Margaret Sturgess (North Dakota Residents) , Randy
Wooley, City Engineer, Gerald and Joseph Danna, (Elmer's) .
Meeting called to order at 7:08 P.M. Minutes from last meeting were approved
unanimously.
1. Jeanne Rohlf gave a presentation on the problems she and others see on
North Dakota. They are recommending to DEAD END the street due to the
large traffic volumes and high speeds.
The T.A.C. listened to the presentation and wished to do individual site
visits by the members.
2. Review of construction schedule for bond measure projects. Handout and
presentation by Randy Wooley.
3. Review of Committee work for 1989.
