Tom Sullivan, Chair, called the meeting to order at 7:30 PM at City Hall .
The Minutes were approved as corrected: Page 2, 4th paragraph, next to last
word should be "to".
Milton Fyre gave a short discussion of the trip to Salem to observe the
Washington County Legislative Caucus. The focus was on transportation.
The Committee then moved on to discuss the Transportation Forum, setting on
June 6th for the date and tentatively at Fowler Jr. High, pending availibility
of the facility. The time was set at 7:00 to 10:00pm. The format and a division
of responsibilities were made. All Committee members present were assigned a
portion of the task in setting up the Forum. ,
The meeting then set the next date to meet at 5:30, May 16th at City Hall .
