Since the owner travels a lot and is unavailable most of the time and we had no idea who she was until now, I had no way of providing that information. I have since talked to the property manager again and they have FINALLY been able to get the Homeowner to provide the letter you were asking for. I was beginning to think we were not going to be able to get that letter. I finally received a photo of the letter and have attached it to this application again. As the application states, Refiners Fire Services performs all work,other than the office work,offsite. Our technician travels to residential homes and repairs or installs fireplaces. No repairs and/or services are performed on the property. I am hoping you now have everything you need to process our application for a license.
