The plan review is performed under the State of Oregon Residential Specialty Code (ORSC) 2005 edition
and the 2003 International Fire Code as amended by TVF&R. The following information is required in
order to complete the review. (ORSC 106.1.1)
1. Provide truss design information at location of furnace in attic on each building types with attic
furnaces.
RESPONSE NOT ACCEPTED 1/26/07—Truss pack submitted is the same pack as original
submittal. Please provide truss design as noted.
2. Provide foundation footing/stem wall construction details for each building type.
RESPONSE NOT ACCEPTED 1/26/07—The foundation stem and footing is missing the #4 at
48" oc vertical placements as required per ORSC section R403.1.4. Please provide foundation
footing/stem wall details as noted.

3. Provide water heater closet construction details showing combustion air design for each building type.
RESPONSE NOT ACCEPTED 1/26/07—sheet Dl still notes gas water heater detail.
4. Provide stair construction details for each building type.
RESPONSE NOT ACCEPTED 1/26/07- Stair detail on sheet Dl still dose not meet code section
R312. Please provide detail as noted.
5. Provide smoke detectors in locations required per R313 missing in hall out side of bedrooms on each
building type.

6. Provide 2 sets of plans for each building type with information noted above to established complete
sets. On the garage plans please include the breezeway construction.Also please provide 2 total
complete set of plans with all the revisions as noted above to be used as our city copy and fire
department copy. I believe you have had this conversation with Mark VanDomelen on this submittal
requirement.
