We are writing this letter as requested by Dave Lanphere of Hannah Sign Systems, Inc., for the
City of Tigard, to approve our tenant, Rovente Pizzeria's design, dimensions, and location of the
outdoor signs for the planned installation on the façade of Suite 200 directly above the entrance
tenant's occupied space and monument sign located at 13707-27 SW Pacific Hwy, in Tigard,
