Submittal Documents required for Prescriptive Installations
Show the location of the PV system in relation to buildings, structures,
property lines, and, as applicable, flood hazard areas.
Site Plan Details must be clear and easy to read.
Minimum size of the plan is 8.5 x 11 inches.
Attach a simple structural plan showing the roof framing(rafter size, type, and
spacing) and PV module system racking attachment.
System must be shown in sufficient detail and clarity to assess whether it
Structural Plan meets the prescriptive construction requirements as listed earlier above in the
matrix.

We received your submittal for the "downsized" solar photovoltaic system for Ann Tran, located at 10504 SW Naeve
Street. However,we will need to receive (1)completed transmittal letter to revise the permit and (1) Request for Permit
Action form for the electrical permit fee refund. Both forms are attached above. Feel free to email this back to me, and
I will route these changes to our Plans Examiner.
Please note that refunds are processed within 4-6 weeks, and the refund will be received in the form of a check. Please
let me know if you have questions.

We originally submitted for this permit as a 7.56 KW, however the customer decided to downsize the
system to a 3kw.
lye attached all new plans/apps just in case it's needed. Feel free to use whats needed to make the
adjustments to the permit, and shred the rest.
