The addresses were created for units 13-17 by us for emergency services, and I have previously spoken with the owner about this. If the addresses have not been corrected by the time inspections take place, our Inspector will fail the inspections due to an incorrect address. I spoke with Sean about the fixtures for this permit, and we will need to permit the entire building. Regarding prior inspections for PLM2020-00017, our Inspector erroneously noted a Rough-In Inspection for(2) units when there should not have been a Rough-In Inspection for a water service only permit. Hello there, I can reply for Stephanie. There are 5 buildings on site and we will complete the rough in phase for each building before calling for inspection so inspectors can do all 4 units at once. (one building has 5 units). The same goes for final inspection. There is a water service that we are completing that the other plumber started. They simply bored in a water main pipe to building 1 but made no connections. The water service is aprox 60 ft from the meter to building 1. Once in building 1 new pipe will daisy chain down to building 5 through the crawl space of each unit. I am inclined to believe that this is just considered a single 60 ft water service to get to building 1??? Or do we need to add a water service to each building? The buildings are about 20 ft apart from each other. Allow sender I Block sender Branden, Puddletown Plumbing took out a permit originally.We had to fire Puddletown because of non-performance and hire a new company, which we have done. The new company is Forbes Plumbing. A plumbing inspector for Tigard has looked at the work Forbes has done and found it satisfactory, but cannot sign off until we have a permit with Forbes as our plumbing contractor. Forbes (Sean Dickey) tells me it has been trying hard to get the permit straightened out. Forbes has been on the job for about three weeks and has not been paid because our contract calls for payment upon work passing inspection.This has created a hardship for Forbes because it has had 2-3 plumbers on the job most of the time and has payroll and other expenses it must meet. 1 Any help you can give us in getting the permit issued under Forbes Plumbing will be greatly appreciated.
