They are really wanting me to issue the permit now, but it looks like the revised site plan that came in on April 14, was not stamped by you—you approved the Permit Coordinator review on the 14th. Would you mind if I stamp the site copy with the Planning Department stamp on your behalf? He accused me of not returning his calls, which is not the case— I checked my phone logs. However, he did resend a new revised site plan to only me on Tuesday, March 31. The call was heated, and he was quite upset. He claimed that we had everything we needed to complete our review now, and I told him that the site plan was still not to scale. I repeatedly requested that the site plan needs to be to scale in email after email (also in another email chain). He also claimed I had not requested this, and I mentioned that it was listed in my emails. I just wanted to let you know. Thank you, 114 Branden Taggart ° City of Tigard R II .
