Also, I noticed that the Site Utilities Plumbing Permit Application included the interior plumbing fixture counts on it. We generally see separate plumbing contractors complete the site utilities and interior plumbing work, which is why we ask for separate plumbing applications—Site Utilities and Building Fixtures Plumbing Permit Applications. We would appreciate it if you can complete both plumbing applications attached above, and include a description of work that is fitting for each. If the contractor has not been selected for the interior plumbing work,you do not need to submit this application. Thank you for your help with this.
