The commercial space was charged as ITE 814 Which I use for General Retail. That rate is higher than the Health Club rate so no additional rate would be needed, IMHO. In addition the ROW was expanded and as a result the bottom floor addresses for the retail spaces and leasing office were no longer located on top of the parcel in GIS. 11734 SW 72nd Ave did exist but the combination of errors caused a couple addresses to miss the parcel number update. I've moved those addresses back onto the parcel from the ROW and updated the parcel numbers to 1S136DC03300. You should find the addresses under the correct taxlots in accela now. Let me know if you don't see them though. There was a PFI permit that was created with this address and a parcel# 15136DC03200. However,This address is not coming up in Accela. I have a second parcel # 1S136DC03300 on the application, and this number appears to be legitimate with addresses associated with it, but not for the 11734 SW 72nd Ave address. I was hoping you could shed some light on the matter. The 72nd Avenue Apartments permit BUP2018-00231 has the parcel # 15136DC03200, but I was not able to pull up any address information in APO under this parcel number. I know a new salon will need a separate address from 11740 SW 72nd Ave. Does the applicant just need to submit an address form at this point to use 11734 SW 72nd Ave.?
