If there currently is not a demo permit,you would need to pay for it. Depending on the valuation,these permits are not very expensive—comparatively speaking. For a new submittal, we will need to receive the following: Demolition permit requirements: • Complete Page 1 only of the building permit application (see attached). o Complete one application for each address. o Provide project valuation on each application. • Submit (2) copies of a site plan, drawn to scale, for each address showing: o Footprint of all structures to be demolished, with square footages noted. o Identify utilities, septic tanks, etc. 4 • • Decommissioning of septic tanks will require a pump/fill or removal receipt prior to scheduling final inspection. o Erosion control plan. o Tree protection measures, if applicable. o Pedestrian protection, if applicable.
