I have attached the site plan that you submitted to us. You will need to indicate where the erosion control fencing will
be. Also,you can note that the house is on sewer. I viewed an aerial shot of the property, and it showed a large amount
of tree canopy—this may not be current,though. Also, please make sure to include the detached garage and square
footage.

All erosion control is in place due to the subdivision. CWS signed off. There are no trees on site so no tree protection.
House is on sewer.
And the drawing is oriented facing east.

In case you need to submit for a demolition permit for Brookside subdivision, I have attached the Residential Building
Permit Application above for you. If there currently is not a demo permit,you would need to pay for it. Depending
on the valuation,these permits are not very expensive—comparatively speaking. For a new submittal, we will need
to receive the following:
Demolition permit requirements:
• Complete Page 1 only of the building permit application (see attached).
o Complete one application for each address.
o Provide project valuation on each application.
• Submit (2) copies of a site plan, drawn to scale, for each address showing:
o Footprint of all structures to be demolished, with square footages noted.
o Identify utilities, septic tanks, etc.

• Decommissioning of septic tanks will require a pump/fill or removal receipt prior to
scheduling final inspection.
o Erosion control plan.
o Tree protection measures, if applicable.
o Pedestrian protection, if applicable.

The first several issued single-family homes permits were for lot 21, issued on December 5, 2018, and lot 37, issued
on January 7, 2019. Prior to these permits being issued,there were (3) demolition permits (displayed above) that
were issued on April 4, 2018 and (1) site work permit for retaining walls issued on April 26, 2018.
Regarding your question about when you can start building homes, it really depends on how soon you can get the
i plan recorded through the county—please see my previous email regarding the process. If you have additional
questions, please let me know.
